1. The Promoter The promoter is Terracotta, located at 9 Masefield Drive, Rolleston 7614.
2. Eligibility The competition is open to residents of Christchurch aged 18 years or over except employees of Terracotta and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. Entry Period Closing date for entry will be first week of Febuary. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
4. How to Enter
Primary Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter, you must complete the sign-up form on our website with your name and valid email address.
Bonus Entries: Additional entries may be awarded for social media actions (e.g., following our Instagram account or tagging friends) as specified on our “Thank You” page.
5. The Prize The prize is stated as 1 of 3 “Restful Nights Packages.” Each package includes a specific combination of treatments valued at approximately $230. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
6. Winner Selection Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Terracotta.
7. Notification The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. Data Protection By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The entrant agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
