3. Medical Disclaimer The services provided by Terracotta (including massage, red light therapy, and skincare) are for relaxation and cosmetic purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Please consult your GP or a medical professional before beginning any new treatment if you have health concerns. It is the client’s responsibility to inform their therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or injuries prior to treatment.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments: All bookings are subject to availability. A credit card may be required to secure your booking via our scheduling system.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide this notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time to ensure we remain on schedule for the next client. Full payment for the scheduled service will still apply.
5. Intellectual Property The content of the Terracotta website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database, and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the website on a computer screen for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices.
