Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Terracotta, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best service to all our clients, please review our cancellation and refund guidelines.
Cancellations
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment are free of charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your appointment are non-refundable and will be charged the full price.
• No-shows will be charged the full price of the booked service.
Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other appointments. Full treatment fees will still apply.
Refunds
• We do not offer refunds on completed services.
• If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please let us know immediately, and we will do
our best to address your concerns.
• Prepaid gift cards and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled in accordance with this policy.
