Terms and Conditions

Terracotta Membership

Membership Structure Plans and Pricing

All membership is subject to a one-off setup fee of $10.35

  • Terra Massage Reset ($40.68 incl. surcharge)

        One 90 min massage every 4 weeks

  • Terra Massage Restore ($61.55 incl. surcharge)

        One 60 min + One 90 min massage every 4 weeks

  • Terra Skin Renew ($40.68 incl. surcharge)

        One Advanced Facial every 4 weeks

  • Terra Skin Refine ($61.55 incl. surcharge)

        One Advanced Facial + One Terra Mini Moment Facial every 4 weeks

Payment & Access

  • Membership billed weekly.
  • Sessions unlock after 4 successful payments.
  • Members may not redeem sessions before unlock.

 

Commitment

  • Minimum commitment: 12 weeks.
  • After 12 weeks ongoing until cancelled.

 

General Session Rules

  • Sessions are non-refundable.
  • Sessions cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Sessions must be used while membership is active.
  • Membership sessions do not qualify for loyalty stamps.

 

Rollover Policy

  • Maximum 2 unused sessions can roll over.
  • Rollover only valid while membership is active.
  • If membership is cancelled unused sessions are forfeited after notice period.

 

Sharing Policy

  • Membership benefits and discounts are for the named member only and cannot be shared with friends or family members unless specified in a particular promotion.
  • Sessions may be shared with a named friend or family member when you cannot make it to your session.
  • Sharing a session does not count as a referral.
  • Member as a referrer does not get a referral reward.

 

Not Allowed:

  • Membership used as multi-person package.
  • Frequent switching between different people.
  • Resale or commercial use.

 

Birthday Ritual Invitation

Valid during memberʼs birthday month only. Must be used with a paid session in a different category i.e. Massage Members will receive enhancements on Facials and vice versa.

Massage Memberships:

Book any facial (Express or Advanced) and receive

ONE complimentary 15-min enhancement:

Select from:

  • LED Treatment
  • Aqua Jelly Mask
  • Gua Sha facial
  • Soothing Scalp Massage
  • Cryotherapy

 

Facial Memberships:

Book any massage (60min / 90min / 120min) and receive ONE complimentary enhancement:

Select from:

  • 15-min Soothing Scalp Massage.
  • 15-min Extension.

Both are subject to availability.

Rules:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions.

 

Welcome Gift ($20)

  • Issued once upon sign-up.
  • Must be used by a different person (not the member).
  • Valid for all treatments and retail products.
  • Expiry: 3 months.

 

Discounts

  • 10% off additional full priced treatments and add-ons within that 4 weeks.
  • 5% off full priced retail products.
  • Cannot be used for Gift Cards and Concession Vouchers.
  • Discount is only for the Membership member only and cannot be used for friends and family.
  • Not stackable with other promotions.

 

Cancellation

  • Memberships may be cancelled with 4 weeks written notice via email to relax@terracottawellness.co.nz
  • During notice period payments continue.
  • Sessions can still be used during this period.

 

Founding Member

The following terms apply to “Founding Member” accounts:

Lifetime Rate Guarantee

The Founding Member price is locked in for the lifetime of the membership, provided the membership remains active and in good standing.

Payment Failures

If a membership payment fails and is not rectified within 14 days, the membership may be cancelled. Re-joining will be at the current standard market rate, and the “Founding ” rate will be forfeited.

 

 

The Terracotta Journey Loyalty Card

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Stamps are issued at our discretion if we believe circumstances warrant otherwise.
  • Stamps are non-transferable.
  • Stamps cannot be combined across multiple cards.
  • Valid for 12 months from the date of the first stamp.
  • Membership sessions are not eligible for stamps.
  • Concession sessions are not eligible for stamps.
  • Stamps are only issued to regular-priced sessions only.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Stamps are issued at our discretion if we believe circumstances warrant otherwise.
  • Stamps are non-transferable.
  • Stamps cannot be combined across multiple cards.
  • Valid for 12 months from the date of the first stamp.
  • Membership sessions are not eligible for stamps.
  • Concession sessions are not eligible for stamps.
  • Stamps are only issued to regular-priced sessions only.

Gift Cards

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gift card use must be advised at the time of booking.
  • Gift card must be presented and surrendered at the time of redemption.
  • Gift cards are redeemable on all treatments, services, and retail products, with the exception massage and skin memberships.
  • Non-refundable and not replaceable if lost, stolen, or expired.
  • If the full value is not used in one visit, the remaining balance may be retained and used within the validity period.
  • Terracotta reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

Concession Vouchers

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Voucher is transferable and may be used by someone other than the purchaser.
  • Redeemable only for the massage duration selected at the time of purchase.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Concession voucher use must be advised at the time of booking.
  • Voucher must be presented and surrendered at the time of redemption.
  • Non-refundable and not replaceable if lost, stolen, or expired.
  • Concession vouchers are excluded from the loyalty card stamps.
  • Terracotta reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
 

Referral Program

Referral Program Eligibility

  • You must be an existing client to participate in the referral program.
  • Referred friends must be new clients who have not previously used our services.
  • Self-referrals are not eligible for credit.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify referrals that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent.
  • Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 

Referral Credits

  • You will receive a $20 credit to your account for each eligible referral.
  • Credits will be applied to your account only after your referred friend completes their treatment.
  • Credits can only be used toward the future services and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Credits will be valid for 3 months from the date they are applied to your account.
  • Credits cannot be used toward monthly membership payments.
  • $20 discount only applies to all regular-priced services and products.
 

Referral Process

  • To receive the credit, the referred friend must mention your name on their client intake form when turning up for their first appointment.
