With every full-priced Massage, Facial Treatment or Package, you’ll receive one Journey Stamp as a token of our appreciation for your commitment to self care. Collect your stamps and unlock rewards.
There are two serene routes to choose from – the Facial Path and the Massage Path. Each completed facial treatment earns you a stamp on your facial card, while each completed massage earns you a stamp on your massage card.
For those enjoying a package (which usually includes both a facial and a massage), you’ll receive a stamp on each path.
Along your journey, you’ll collect mini rewards at milestone points, with a grand reward waiting for you at the end.
Every visit is a step closer to total wellbeing.

- Stamps are only issued to regular-priced sessions only.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Stamps are issued at our discretion if we believe circumstances warrant otherwise.
- Stamps are non-transferable.
- Stamps cannot be combined across multiple cards.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of the first stamp.
- Concession session are not eligible for stamps.
- Please present your card at the time of your treatment and take it with you when you leave.
- Cards cannot be stored at Terracotta, and stamps cannot be issued retrospectively.
