How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in and any pre-treatment preparation. This helps ensure you get the full benefit of your service.

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are free; less than 24 hours incur a 50% fee, and less than 4 hours or no-shows are charged in full.

We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time and therapist. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows but cannot be guaranteed.

We’ll ask about your preferences and health, explain your treatment, and make sure you’re comfortable. Then, just relax and enjoy!

Our gift cards and loyalty card are valid for 12 months from the date of purchased.

Massage

How should I prepare for my massage?

Avoid a heavy meal prior to your massage. Drink plenty of water will help your body flush out toxins. A warm shower can help loosen muscles and promote relaxation.

Wear whatever makes you comfortable. For oil massages, you can undress to your comfort level. We do provide disposable underwear, and you’ll be draped with a sheet or towel. For Thai massages, you’ll wear loose, comfortable pyjamas provided by us.

Your therapist may ask about your comfort and pressure preferences during the first 15 minutes. After that, we encourage you to relax and enjoy the quiet—but please feel free to voice any concerns at any time during your session.

It depends on your needs and lifestyle. Many clients find that a massage every 2–4 weeks helps maintain relaxation and ease muscle tension. We’re happy to recommend a schedule that works best for you.

We’ll chat with you about any health concerns during your first visit so we can tailor your treatment to keep you safe and comfortable. If needed, we may suggest checking with your doctor before certain services—your wellbeing is our top priority.
