  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • For Physical Gift Cards
    The unique code may be entered at the time of booking to redeem your gift. Alternatively, please present the physical card in store at your appointment.

    For Digital Gift Vouchers
    Simply enter the unique code when booking to redeem your gift. You may also print a copy of the voucher and present it in store if preferred.

  • Gift cards are redeemable on their respective treatments, services, and retail products, with the exception of massage and skin memberships.
  • Non-refundable and not replaceable if lost, stolen, or expired.
  • If the full value is not used in one visit, the remaining balance may be retained and used within the validity period.
